This hotel has an ideal location, right near shops, transportation, and the financial district. It's also close to the metro, making it super convenient. Visiting the downtown area was definitely worth it! 🏙️.

The room was brand new and incredibly comfortable. the location was great and excellent, convenient to go everywhere. - the folks working here were incredibly nice.

The best thing is the location, this hotel is located in the best area from LA downtown, is safe and atractive, among the best hotels and shopping centers, subway is just few minutes walking, bus service all around.
Furnuture is very old, bed cloths is deteriored, t.v. set old and no funtioning.

I was with my two adult children. We consider ourselves urban-wise, but the location of this motel seemed very dangerous thus we felt unsafe going out at night. The room was in terrible condition. The breakfast they provided was garbage.
Forgive me, I wrote my complaints in the section above. The best part of this motel was the price.

The place is ideal, the staff are amazingly nice and accommodating.
Everything is great, we greatly enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are decent sized and brand-new with carpet minimum 20 years old. Its location is magnificent & favourable, short walk to public transport, shopping malls and a safe area of the L. Downtown LA district is worth looking into.

I had such a great stay for the price. the staff were good. - the location was marvelous, close to everything. - the hotel was right by other stores, the metro station, and shopping. - It was just a short stroll away from Spa Palace.
